Who may list gardens or rooms?

Clubs, district associations, gardeners with a single garden and no club membership, landowners and anyone who wants to rent or lease a piece of green. If you also have a party room, list it as a room.

Is listing gardens free?

Yes. Listing gardens is free – no listing fee and no brokerage fee on garden matching.

What does room rental cost?

Listing rooms is free. Only after a successful booking you pay 10% brokerage on rent and extras. The deposit is excluded.

Do I have to be in a club?

No. Private gardens and plots without club membership can be listed too.

What does UNSER KGV ONLINE do?

If you run your club website with UNSER KGV ONLINE, free gardens and available club rooms sync automatically to GartenFinder. You maintain the data once.

Can district associations list centrally?

Yes. As a district association or administrator you list vacancies centrally, reach seekers digitally and keep processes transparent – for example where a third party manages vacant gardens.

Can I offer a garden and a room at the same time?

Yes. A club or plot can list parcels and a party room in parallel. Seekers find both separately – gardens and rooms.
